can't install software after windows 10 install

I have an HP Pavilion Slimline s5000 desktop that I downloaded the windows 10 upgrade into and now it will not read any disk I try, it sounds like it runs faster but nothing pops up. Anyone know what that mite be?

I'm not sure what driver I would need for the tray or were to get it from

Does this only happen when you try to load a disk?  Can you install stuff that's downloaded from the internet?

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
