I try repair hardisk with using tune up disk doctor, but doesn't work. Scanning stuck and then bluescreen. How I save my file on partition D?

I'd start Windows Explorer, right-click on that D: drive, and click Properties.  Then click the TOOLS tab and do a check.  Let it check for bad sectors and attempt to repair.  Note that depending on the size of that D: partition, this could run a good while, anywhere from maybe 10 minutes to a couple of hours, so run it when you have the time.

 Good luck.

Make regular full system backups or you'll be sorry sooner or later.
