Well could anyone tells me why window could play multiple song in different media player without going into deadlock

Why not ?  It is just an example of multi-tasking. It is entirely possible to run WMP and, say, VLC, at the same time.


In fact you just made me try an experiment. Using VLC I started a music track running then switched over to YouTube and started a video going. I was able to hear both the voice-over on the video and my music track. I admit this surprised me since I expected the video would disable the music track, but no.
