Microsoft will never, never ask you to contact them. This is a bogus message.

This is the reference in your Addition.txt file.

PlanSwift Professional 9.0 (HKLM-x32\...\PlanSwift 9_is1) (Version: - Tech Unlimited, Inc.)

This program looks genuine but may have been corrupted.

Remove it using the Control Panel > Programs and Features applet.

Restart the computer normally.

I would not reinstall the program.

If you do and get the same message to call Microsoft it means that the programs as been corrupted.

If I uninstall the program and than reinstall it, will I lose all the files that the program has created and saved?
