firefox won't download flash player 20

vista -firefox won't play nascar.com or other sites  videos. it then ask youn to download flash update which is v 20 flash.then it says it  can't download this version.currently ihave version 21 flash.it plays youtube.ie browser plays tthose sites and videos.chrome i have plays those videos ad chrome has version 20 of flash player.the firefox version is 45 beta. how can i get version 20 of flash ?

wow.you answered that fast.malware study hall sophomore.let me add this to post before i try your fix.if i use ie explore and go to nascar .com the little video playbacks will play .and if i right click on the video it says i have flash player 21 running.besides your fix whats the problem with ffox 45.if you answer back in a while i''l try your fix .hope it cause no problems.

The latest version of Adobe Flash is 20, not sure why yours say 21...?

Uninstall your version of adobe then reboot, then use the update to I linked you to & get the latest version.

thanks for fast response.i got version 21 beta from filehippo.com.i uninstalled it yesterday and tryed to download version 20 it did not install.should i still do what you advised ?

Yes, uninstall all versions of flash player that you have currently installed, then use the app to get the latest version.

i did as you advised. it worked. thanks for your time .if any other problems come up. i'll be back/so for now i'll be closing this post .
