i have a problem with my pc, when i open a program (any program) suddenly they just stop working, so when i closed it, there always a window shows that the program is not responding.. i have a Norton 2006 and i updated it regularly but theres a problem with it when i scanned my pc there's always a threat but i can't delete them..is there a way?

If you can use Internet Explorer (not Firefox or any other browser) long enough, try running a few (three or four) of the following web based scans.

Try doing this in safe mode with networking.
(to get to safe mode tap F8 continuously as soon as the computer begins to boot before Windows starts)
