I upgraded from Win7 to Win10 while back and not sure why but a lot of times when i right click on a folder to copy or rename the mouse cursor starts turning and 5-7 seconds later kicks me out and closes all open folders, and then i have to go and open that specific folder again.

Not sure what to do to fix this problem.

Will appreciate for any help.

I see the SMART data on the 1 TB Seagate hard drive is showing errors.  I don't know if that's your problem or not, but I'd do a scan on it and check.  Seagate drives have had high failure rates the last couple of years FWIW.

 Good luck.

Make regular full system backups or you'll be sorry sooner or later.

Other software is telling me this:

There are 29 bad sectors on the disk surface. The contents of these sectors were moved to the spare area.
1491 errors occured during data transfer.
At this point, warranty replacement of the disk is not yet possible, only if the health drops further.
In case of sudden system crash, reboot, blue-screen-of-death, inaccessible file(s)/folder(s), it is recommended to verify data and power cables, connections - and if possible try different cables to prevent further problems.
It is recommended to examine the log of the disk regularly. All new problems found will be logged there.

So there maybe a problem,or starting...
