why is that windows 8 choose the apps that we install ? like visual basic installers  , it always ask for online remedies etc. even thought it is not needed

 Windows will download this kind of thing when you have an application that's dependent on it.  I've seen many such updates for .NET and other things.  Don't worry, this is perfectly normal.


Make regular full system backups or you'll be sorry sooner or later.
