my server get affected and all file names are renamed this format help me how to solve this issue

I can't work with a PDF file. It either has to be a PNG file or any other encrypted file where you have the unencrypted version of that file as well. In the later case you will have to submit both the encrypted and unencrypted version of the file.

I don have unencrypted files i have only encrypted  files so pls tell me what shell i do

Then look for an encrypted .PNG image. Just use the Windows file search and search for "*.png!==helpsend369@gmail.com==.crypt". Upload one of the files that search finds.

I all ready uploaded two file one is folder screen shot and other one is  20150304_183647.jpg!==helpsend369@gmail.com==.crypt

I do not need an encrypted JPG file. I need either an encrypted .PNG file or an encrypted file and its original. Without either of those two, there is literally nothing I can do to help you.
