EVENT LOG ERROR:

Disk 4 has the same disk identifiers as one or more disks connected to the system. Go to Microsoft's support website (http://support.microsoft.com) and search for KB2983588 to resolve the issue.

1st problem is I have no disk 4 I only have 0,1 and 2.

0 is a 250GB Samsung evo boot drive for windows and programs.
1 is the same thing but it is my scratch drive
2 is a Hybrid HD 4TB

I have tried changing the uniqueid via diskpart in cmd but all i got was a BSOD and had to change my windows drive id back to get it to work again.
So, I changed the other drives and still have no luck I keep waking up and hearing it rebooting in the mornings it seems to be only doing it at night when it tries to enter sleep modes?

ANY HELP would be appreciated I really don't want to damage my drives with this or corrupt my system so would love to have it fixed Thanks in advance!

We can't do much with a single error.

Can you please printout the results of the diskpart commands that show disk 4 (and disk 3 if it's there).

Also a screenshot of diskmgmt.msc would also help.

It's good that you solve most of your own problems - but everyone encounters problems that they can't solve alone.

That's what the online forums are for.  Each of us has different abilities and expertise - and together we can fix most everything. :0)

Disk 3 and 4 are removable disks.  Please note that the reports show them as 0 bytes in size and having No Media.

IME they are most likely associated with a disk burning program that has mounted them for use when needed by that program.

Note that they sort of bracket the DVD drives (D:, E:, F:, G:)

One option is to right click on them and see if you can "Unmount" them.

If so, then reboot and see if they stay unmounted.

The other option is to uninstall the disk burning programs and see if that removes them.

Let's have a look at a screenshot(s) of your Control Panel...Programs and Features screen

That'll help show us what DVD programs may be involved.

After removing those, nothing happened it still was restarting...I haven't had a chance to test it because i just found this out. But, I have a usb 3.1 card attached to my PC (http://pcpartpicker.com/user/InFeKtId/saved/R8nD4D) and I had a cheap ugreen card reader plugged into it (http://www.amazon.com/Ugreen-port-Reader-MacBook-Aluminum/dp/B00WHXXKIC/ref=sr_1_2?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1456669362&sr=1-2&keywords=ugreen+card+reader) after unplugging it the disks disappeared. So, I will update the post tomorrow and let you know if this fixed the issue. Thanks.
