Hi guys, I just bought an Acer Aspire E1-531 series laptop with Windows 8 pre-installed. I have been trying to downgrade the laptop for hours without success. I keep getting a "Stop: 0x0000005C (0x0000010B, 0x00000003, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)" error.

Please anyone with ideas of what to do to fix this?

What do you mean by "downgrade the laptop"?  Downgrade to what?  Windows 7?  Is Windows 8 the Professional version?

The stop code is this a blue screen of death? If yes, does this link help you: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-windows_install/stop-0x0000005c-0x0000010b-0x00000003-0x00000000/c861b3e7-5944-4683-96d8-50c94b913e24?auth=1
