I just downloaded and started using this today. It is still limited in what it can do, kind of like how Edge in Windows 10 is limited. It is based off of Chromium, but there is no way to install Chrome extensions and plug-ins that I can find. However, it loads pages very fast and looks promising.

This is Breitbart.com to show the ad-replacement feature of Brave Browser. Currently it is not actually replacing the ads with Brave ads, maybe there are no Brave ads yet.

Try visiting the Web Store, and find the extension of your choice and click in the web page to Add to Chrome.  The address to the Web Store is https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions?hl=en-US

While in Brave Browser, the option to add the extensions isn't available. All the extensions are billed as being "Available on Chrome"

I know what you mean.  Ignore that;  CLICK ON THE BUTTON to try to add an extension to your browser anyway!
