Internet Explorer Access

In the last week I have been unable to get the internet explorer access. When I click on any ie icon the normal ie screen flashes into view and quickly disappears. Netscape Navigator still works, in fact any bookmarked ie items appear in netscape format! What's the fix?

you have yahoo toolbar installed. uninstall it and your problem will also disappear. no kidding.i have fixed this issue on many computers his week, you may also want to go to www.free.grisoft.com and download ewidos security suite to remove accumulated spyware.
