Computer shuts down after 10seconds

Hello before this all happened i added a new graphic card to the pc then when i tried to turn on the pc the monitor didn't worked then i removed the graphic card from the motherboard and when i started the pc after 10 sec pc turns off then again pc turns on , i removed the CMOS Battery and let out for hour and half then pc started to work good after 1 day still the same problem tried to remove the cmos battery , nothing .

1.Model of motherboard  / = H61M-P20 (G3)

2.Asus C381G Rev 1.01 <- Grahpic Card

3.Power supply is 450W ,

what brand of power supply?
