Computer crashes then on reboot, gets 5 beep error code

My computer crashed around a week ago without reason. I rebooted my machine and when I did, my CPU fan was going mad and I got a 5 beep error code, which, according to my research is a CPU error. I tried testing my ram(1 stick at a time), I tried reseating all my connections to the motherboard including the GPU(and booting without CPU), I tried clearing the BIOS with the battery. Eventually it booted up fine like nothing happened. Fast forward to today, and it did it again. I just pulled it out of sleep and bam it crashes. On reboot again it got 5 beeps and a mad fan. This time I just waited, left it on.... I eventually heard windows turn on, but my monitors did not do anything. WTF? I turned it off again, waited like 5-10m, and rebooted. It started up as normal, NO changes made to anything. I  don't even? 
Really upset this is happening; posting here before I contact gigabyte or intel.

Would probably be usefull to know your os specks since diferent systems have diferent error codes

My specs are in my code section, its a readout from CPUZ. but I will type it out here to make it easier.

CPU: Intel Skylake 6600k

Motherboard: Z170XP-SLI-CF(American Megatrends Inc.)

GPU: gtx760

Ram: Forget the name, some ddr4 ripjaws

Win 7 64

 

This build is brand new except for the GFX card which is a few months older... I've been using it for about 2-3 months now without issue.

American Megatrends would be the pertinent error code provider.

5 Beeps

Five beeps means there has been a processor error. A damaged expansion card, the CPU, or the motherboard could be prompting this AMI beep code.?

 

Think im going to be of limited help on this one..your probably looking at somte kind of hardware failure?

thats what I found as well, processor error. The issue is its intermittent, literally nothing I did hindered or helped the problem.  it took literally a week for it to happen again. I don't have any expansion cards, just my GFX card. The motherboard and cpu are both almost brand new... :/

Wondering if there  could be a prob with the motherboard even though its new?..guess its under warrantry if it has problems?Might well be worth getting it checked out.

 

Also..bad ram?...or..try actually replacing the  the cmos battery?

I could try getting a new battery; do you you think it would really fail immediately..?

 

Also, yeah, my last resort is to get the CPU or mobo replaced under warranty, but that is so much hassle and downtime... I use my computer a lot :/

Unlikely,annoyingly more likely the MB..I know its a hassle but i think you,ve got to get it checked out..

 

Dont know why people dont get a backup system these days,even just a decent lappy..their giving them away almost like free donuts where i live..i got a couple

recently for less than 130 bucks..there you go,the Gospel according to Wolverine..:)

 

Anyway,let us know how it goes,fairly irritating on a new system i know.

Checkmark the following checkboxes:
  List last 10 Event Viewer log
  List Installed Programs
  List Users, Partitions and Memory size.

I can't; Its currently dead in the water at home :(. I will try to start it when I get home and see if its temporarily fixed itself but if not I will be taking the CPU out and checking the pins on the motherboard... :(
I checked if i bent any pins on my mobo and redid my cpu/heatsink install, same 5 beeps : ( what the bleep. Motherboard or cpu must be shot, probably mobo. Why cant people make stuff that just worksanympre?

I googled it. In those posts people say its all sorts of things or they havent figured it out for te most part. Only thing i didnt try besides replacing parts is 1 stick of ram, which i just tried both singularly in slot one no bueno. And slot 2

 

Edit: Called Gigabyte, tested all ram(again.) no issue. Cleared CMOS, computer booted up. Wat. I did this step already when it messed up a previous time, it did not fix the issue then.... Anyways, it booted up, ok. Replugged everything back in, and the gfx card was having issues. MAx speed fan, not recognized at all and no picture. I reseated it 3 times, no avail. Tried a different GPU in the same slot, worked first time no problems. Tried my 760 again, still failing. Extremely annoyed, called MSI and rebuilt my girlfriends computer during it. -- 30 mins later -- Tried Turning on comp one last time, it worked without a hitch. WHAT THE F. I changed NOTHING, literally nothing, since then. I probably should send back the GPU anyways, it feels like its going out....
