Good afternoon everyone,

  I am hoping someone could help me with the following problem(s):

1. Blue Screen - Windows shuts down and restarts

The error is as follows:
Problem signature:
  Problem Event Name:    BlueScreen

Additional information about the problem:

I cant seem to find the solution to the exact BCP1 and BCP4 codes that I have.


Could anyone please assist me on this issue?  I've attached the link to the minidump file for review to help identify the issue as I have no clue on what to do next.
