HP Envy Windows 10 BSOD / Computer Freezing - Please Help!

I am currently having a very annoying computer issue with my HP Envy. I am running windows 10 (updated from windows 8). Ever since I can remember my computer will randomly freeze up - keyboard / mouse will go completely dead, even the CAPS lock won't light up on my keyboard when pressed. If I am listening to music the audio will get extremely distorted. It will sit like this for about a minute or two then I will get an error with "DPC Watchdog Violation" and then the computer will restart. It generally happens about every 10 minutes or so after the restart - though sometimes I can go for an hour without being interrupted. I have tried changing out the keyboard and mouse with different ones and that has not solved the issue. I am reading online that it can be a "driver update" problem, so I use the HP Support Assistant to try to update my computer but it says my computer is fully up to date. I do the same thing with Windows and it also tells me there are no updates at the moment. I went to HP's driver update page, and when I try to "detect" my PC it gives me an error that the information could not be found and I should try again in a few minutes. I've tried multiple times over the last week and every single time I get that same error. Can anyone give me any insight into this problem? I apologize in advance because I am new to this forum, so if you need more information just let me know. Thank you!

Please run this report collecting tool so that we can provide a complete analysis:  http://omgdebugging.com/bsod-inspector/
When done a Notepad document will open with the name of the file and it's location. (By default it'll be a .zip file located on your Desktop)
Simply upload the .zip file with your next post and we'll move on from there.


My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
