so heres the thing.

i basically have an old computer and i want it to do only one thing.

and thats load google chrome with a specific url in full screen and audio.

besides that i dont need the computer to do anything at all, its somewhat of a monitoring screen.

so the question is whats the best way to accomplish this?

Create a new shortcut in the:

C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

folder using the following example:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --start-fullscreen http://www.google.com

(You can change that "http://www.google.com" to the URL of whatever webpage you like).

Note that if you do NOT want the user to be able to press [F11] to return to normal screen, then use "--kiosk" in place of that "--start-fullscreen".
