Hi i cant uninstall office when i uninstall in control panel its still there, i have tried program rip out office that wont work, any ideas?

For Office 2013, 2016 or Office 365 use the Fix tool provided by Microsoft here

Your other thread stated it was Office 2010.  Did you use this fixit from Microsoft? Have you tried removing in Safe Mode?

no i didnt try removing in safemode does that help sometimes, i found a program its called rip out office but it didnt do much either

I have never heard of Rip Out Office so I did a search.  Looking at the search results, I wasn't able to confirm whether this is a legitimate or harmful program.  Based on this, I don't think you should use this program.  Have you tried Revo Uninstaller?
