Hi NMajik, welcome to BC.
Audacity has a noise removal tool in the effects menu and you could also use the wave editor.
Unfortunetly it's time consuming and you'll never get "all" the noise out anyways.
If this movie's audio plays normally (without noise) while watching it on your computer, I have a very small program that is no longer available that will record directly from your sound card and save it as a .wav file in the folder of your choice. It never fails. If you would like it, PM me with your e-mail addy and I'll send it to you with a brief explanation on how to use it.
