Why your E8400 is underclocked?

Your CPU (underclocked) temp is 50C while idle is pretty hot ...

From start, try to reset your motherboard BIOS.

You can reset BIOS via reset jumper (on motherboard) or access BIOS or remove the CMOS battery for at least 5min.

After the BIOS was reset, the CPU speed should return to it stock speed 3ghz.

Hi,
Can you try to use fewer symbols please? I'm having trouble reading that last post.
Are you sure your cpu isn't thermal throttling?
