After installing Zemana's Antilogger Free on a laptop, I could not get the keyboard to respond in Chrome Browser (including Google or Facebook).

I uninstalled and could type fine.

Is there something i am missing that causes this.

Would be interested in figuring out this issue.

Laptop is a HP with win7home , 4gb ram i5(1.3ghz).

thanks

Just a update on Antilogger.

On the initial issue in this post, I contacted Zemana and they asked for the details of my system but after that there was no response.

I also had installed it on my desktop and started to notice some strange issues occurring.

I could not type passwords in properly(including for this forum) as it seemed my keyboard was missing characters so instead of (**********)I got (* * * * * * *  * * *) and in Google searches , it was repeating the previous letter 3-4x

Eventually I ended up using notepad with copy and paste just to bypass this and see if I could find a fix for the issue.

Then I had a problem with Kaspersky's Password Mgr and when I contacted them, they said that they were getting similar problems from other clients and if I had Antilogger installed, to remove it.

I did so and the persistent keyboard issue disappeared.

If I get a reply from Zemana saying they have resolved the problem, then I will probably reinstall it but at this point, its not likely.
