Hello, i'll get straight to the point.
While i've been trying to find a fix for the game Xcom2,and mindlessly downloaded a file that i think is the source of the problem.I've recently found a program that looks to be in an asian language, most likely korean or chinese, and i can't seem to get it removed in any way.I've tried using a trial to hitman pro and malwarebytes to get rid of this software, but to no avail. This software also seems to scan every new thing that i download, showing its name and some more text in the asian language.
PS:windows defender real time protection was turned off while i unpacked the file that this program most likely came from.

Here is a picture of the program.
EDIT: 1)Im also getting error messages saying i lack administrator rights when i try to uninstall it, but it only happens with this software.
2)I found out that the software is called tencent pc manager, and many people are having trouble removing it one they get it from oppening different zip files.

I have managed to uninstall the bulk of the program, but now im left with some .tmp files that i can't seem to get rid of, because it's saying they are open in windows explorer, which they are not.

Since the last time I've posted here I've tried manually removing the software, and tried removing it from all the directories in regedit I could find.

While I seem to have gotten rid of that piece of software, I seem to have found something else that has been changed. I noticed all my default start-up pages on my browsers were set to a link, that I've unfortunately not kept, It started with wwXw.yousearching.ru and it was apparently a pretty infamous browser hijacking site, but I've just changed it back to google and thought little of it, but recently I see that my search engine on google chrome is set to something called GetSearch, and a page wwXw.cosmosearch.ru . I can't change it either because it says that my system administrator is enforcing this setting, but as far as I know i'm the only administrator of this machine. Also, on firefox I constantly get the message that the webpage is not secure, even if i'm trying to access google or youtube, which is probably just another or the same browser hijacking software.

I've sent attached below the logs that you asked of.

Let me know if I can provide anything else, i'd be more than happy to do it.

It seems that now I was able to remove GetSearch from the search engines in chrome, and firefox seems to be acting perfectly now, but just as I was typing this post I saw that malewarebytes blocked a shady site that came from the firefox root folder.Any ideas on that?

Can you give me the exact message.
Or which file and folder is being targeted.

I see that i have a bunch of copies of the same file in quarantine, it's located in c:\users\gigabyte\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ippsogra.default\prefs.js

Also, this might be unrelated but today i tried downloading microsoft essentials, and i had to try downloading it multiple times as it would fail.

Also, the other day i got a weird-looking brown screen with vertical stripes, and couldn't do anything about it.After about 10-15 seconds of trying to make it recover i decided to reboot my computer and i didn't see the same screen since.

Delete all the files in the Quarantine folder.

c:\users\gigabyte\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ippsogra.default\prefs.js

I cannot find anything on the folder in bold.
If it's correct the I suggest your rename the file prefs.js to prefs.js.old

If needed by an application you will get an error message.
In a week or two when all is well you can delete the rename file.

This may be caused by a failing Graphics card or you need to get the latest driver for the card you have.
Check on the manufacturer's site for an update of the driver.

I do not know whay that failed. Why would you want to install it while you already have Avast and Windows Defender.
You cannot run MSE in real mode with these programs.

If you want an addition scan run Eset on line. This may take some time. Do it when you will not need your computer for 1 to 2 hours may be more.

Run an online scan with Eset (easiest with Internet Explorer): http://www.eset.com/onlinescan/
To shorten the scanning time disable your antivirus program while scanning.

Select Enable detection of potentially unwanted applications.
Click Advanced Settings.

Deselect Remove found threats.

Select:
Scan Archives
Scan for potentially unsafe applications
Enable Anti-Stealth Technology

Click Start.

When the scan is finished, click on List of found threats and then Export to text file. Copy the content of the text file and paste its content in your reply.
