How do i get my start menu back to the bottom of the screen?

Is your task bar also not at the bottom of the screen?

If the task bar is not on the bottom of the screen, just click on any vacant space on the task bar and "drag" it to the bottom. If it won't move, you may have to "unlock" the task bar by right-clicking on the taskbar and un-checking "lock taskbar".
