A friend of mine downloaded Nero Ultra 7 to my comp and mounted it on a virtual drive (I really don't understand the concept). Anyway I really want to uninstall it but when I try to remove the program it says "Fatal error during installation". What should I do? Can I manually remove this program? If so, how? PS I'm not too computer savy.

The Nero Cleanup tool says it cannot find the installation file. I think the guy deleted the virtual drive upon which the application was mounted. Now what?!

If the drive on which it was installed has been deleted the program should be gone as well.

Click on your "My Computer" icon on your desktop.

Do you see the drive listed?
