I recently tried cleaning my laptop screen with a damp tissue, but unfortunately this left a mark on the screen that wouldn't wipe away. Most of it evaporated by itself but there's still several tiny marks that won't go. Does anyone know the best way to get rid of them?

A little soap and a damp dust free cloth (chamois if you have it) should remove the remaining oils stuck on the screen. Then rinse the cloth and wipe again to dry.

Do not use alcohol or other solvents.
