Chromebook and second screen

Toshiba-CB30-B-104-13-Inch-Chromebook-Celeron, 4GB Ram, 16GB SSD


I have ordered above and after reading a review there is no second screen feature;

I am wanting to attach it to a 24inch monitor via the hdmi; is there a way this can work ?
