I can't use nothing on my computer that uses internet, I am physically connected, but my computer won't let me use IE, Firefox, MSN, or other programs that uses internet.
When I ping websites in DOS, it results in 0% loss.
Everytime I try to enter a URL in IE, it just says ERROR before it even tries to search, same with MSN and FireFox.
I've tried to reset the router, computer ipconfig /renew, /flushdns, /registerdns, regsvr32 softpub.dll, regsvr32 wintrust.dll etc. with ZERO result.
I got 3 other computers + an XBOX LIVE, in our house, which works perfect.
It all started yesterday after a reboot and haven't changed a bit since.

Any tips would be highly appericiated.
Thanks

Try system restore

1) Try DJLizard's DialAFix (free here: http://wiki.djlizard.net/Dial-a-fix )

2) Try a repair of Internet Explorer (instructions here: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=318378 )
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

Try switching the connection port on your router to one being used by one of the other computers that works.

Reboot everything - the modem, router and pc.

If it works it is not the pc.

If it doesn't, you have to search further.
