Hi guys,

I have installed Windows XP Professional x86 onto my old Lenovo Desktop. All has installed fine but I cannot connect to the internet. I checked device manager and there is a yellow question mark beside the Ethernet controller, audio and video adapter.

The motherboard is a Thinkcentre Daytona-G 3.2

I have searched everywhere to find drivers to get the ehternet working again but to no avail. Does anyone know where I could find drivers for the motherboard...

Thanks
ndonaldson

Is there a yellow exclamation mark next to your network adapter in Device Manager? If there is then right click the device, select Properties. Under the Details tab select Hardware IDs in the dropdown box. Post the complete first line.

I managed to retrieve the required driver by using the device ID and located it on the PCI Vendor and Device Lists. Many thanks for your help guys...
