I could not sign in and eventually realised the keyboard was not working. I signed in with the on screen board which I am using now. I cannot think how to approach this problem. It is the first time I have had this happen. I use the keyboard all the time. The Trackpad is not working.
I have a Quantum View 10 inch 2-in-1 Windows 10 tablet with removable board which connects via USB when attached directly.....it is an Hid compliant device reported as working properly. It has happened out of the blue with no error messages. In Device Manager all USB devices are ok.
Can someone suggest how I deal with this?
