Why did you remove these components?

Did you install the battery with the + visible on the top of the battery?

Check to see if the RAM is seated properly, the clips at the ends should be pointing up.

Check all of your cable connections.  Especially the data and power cables to the hdd.

If restart and enter bios the hard drive show but F12 boot menu disabled if i enable it and save the changes discards any time i come to check at the bios

What happens if you press the F12 key when Windows is starting?

This sounds like a problem with the hdd.  If I understand you correctly, you removed the hdd in the process of trying to get to the keyboard.  There is a socket the hdd plugs into.  If this isn't seated properly this could cause this type of problem.  But there are screws which hold the hdd in place, the holes for these screws usually would not align if it wasn't seated.  It's worth checking.

What sort of problem are you having with the keyboard?

Some keys were not functioning. I checked at the bios and the hard drive shows there but if i want to change the F12 boot menu disabled to enable it goes back to disable again when you restart it to enter boot menu

When you make a change in the BIOS you need to save these changes by pressing F10 before exiting.

I'd try booting from a repair disc.  You can make one on a working computer.

 Good luck.

Make regular full system backups or you'll be sorry sooner or later.
