adding sorts (subs) to a movie

Looking for software which i can add subs (srts) to a movie and then save it to a folder so I can put it on a flash drive and watch it on my tv?

Can someone recommend some and exact steps how to use it plz?

You can easily add SRT subtitles to your movies with Handbrake.  Have a look at the latter part of this article to learn how to add subtitles with Handbrake.  I haven't done this in a while but I think you should be fine after a little experimenting.
