Please run this report collecting tool so that we can provide a complete analysis:  http://omgdebugging.com/bsod-inspector/
When done a Notepad document will open with the name of the file and it's location. (By default it'll be a .zip file located on your Desktop)
Simply upload the .zip file with your next post and we'll move on from there.

The zip file contains 3 memory dumps from 01 December of 2015 and doesn't contain the reports that I need.

Please follow the instructions completely.

If the program doesn't generate the necessary info, please use the procedure listed at the top of the BSOD forums:  http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/576314/blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-10-81-8-7-vista/

If that doesn't work, post back for even more suggestions on how to get the necessary reports.

I think I did a windows disk cleaning which might have messed it up but here is another one with a fresh bsod

Windows 10 64 bit, fresh wiped windows 8.1 off, OS not OEM, none of the hardware is over a year old, installed 10 around early January and had the same problems on 8.1, i5 4690, gtx 960, 8gb ram (2 sticks), H97 PC Mate mobo, build myself, COOLERMASTER Elite 550watt, desktop

Your UEFI/BIOS (version V5.8) dates from 2015.  This is significantly different from the previous memory dumps.  One reporting an AsRock motherboard and the other reporting an MSI motherboard.

Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  If you are able to install the update through Windows (without booting from an external drive), then go ahead and update it.  WARNING - if the computer might shut down during this procedure, please don't do it, as this may physically damage the computer and prevent it from booting.

Only 9 Windows Update hotfixes installed.  Most build 10240 (original release) systems have more than this.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available Windows Updates.

Uninstall McAfee.

Enable Windows Defender and ensure that the Windows firewall is working

See if that helps with the BSOD's

If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html
