I needed to change my computer's SID so I've heard about this program NewSID and I foolishly ran it before seeing that it isn't supported anymore and that it doesn't work/may act strangely on Windows 7. Quite frankly I've had System Restore enabled so I restored my PC to an earlier time. I still had wierd issues-the screen was black, no icons on Desktop and corrupted Recycle Bin. So I thought I might aswell fight fire with fire and I've ran Sysprep which fixed all issues, but left me without graphic drivers(all others are there I checked).

After Sysprep Windows Update history was deleted and all System Restore points too, but it seems tha after installing drivers everything is in working order and the system boots up nicely. Now I wanted to ask is there any more damage caused to my system which I can't see? I'm running cmd in admin mode with sfc /scannow at the moment, but I wanted some experts to take a look at my machine just in case there's any damage left.

I have Windows 7 Ultimate Service pack 1.
