I have an ASUS NB53 Notebook PC running windows 7 home premium this pc had windows 10 for 6 weeks and I used the recovery partician to go back to Windows 7 as some actions would not work in Photoshop.

After putting this notebook on Windows 7 this notebok does not shut down fully the wireless light stays on the vetilation fans that It sits on, the ventilation fans are still woking and the light on an external hard drive is still on.

I have reloaded the hidden partician by using the ASUS AI burner and using the set of disks that were burnt in the first week I had this Notebook, also have changed the power settings from Balanced to High Power and makes no difference.

I have checked the BIOS settings I have an SSD drive and AHCI is set in BIOS.

I am not sure how to fix this problem?
