upgrading graphic card

i have issue with my graphic card. In market i have got two graphic card nvidia geforce gtx 750 msi twin frozil and sapphire radeon r9 280x which one should i buy?

If your PSU can support it and your case can fit it, I would say the 280x, especially since it's the sapphire model. I'm assuming both are new?
