Well, the rules oblige me to detail what I've been through, but what I wanted was to follow the steps listed here: "http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/103/am-i-infected-what-do-i-do/" with someone's supervision.

Well, i am actually very careful and I measure every online step I give, BUT in the last week i was in the middle of moving and whenever i was about to do something, i kind of did it in a hurry. My mistake. Used VPN, unknown downloads and sites without all the care i usually take. The last drop was when i download something that 10 years ago always gave a false alert. For months I've been searching it, and when i found it, it was a recent file. I knew it was suspicious, i knew i was in risk. I took like 3 days to decide what to do and i think i took the wrong way and went for it.

Immediately later my pc started opening Watch Dog screens before starting (which i found out to be AVG's, but, never happened before), windows processes started opening and closing in a weird way, my browser's searching website was changed (once), sometimes it gets slower for a moment (which didnt use to happen), some (according to the internet) suspicious processes started opening and the last time, a black screen went on, the mouse cursor changed to "a clicking one" and i couldnt do a thing on the computer (alt+tab and ctrl+alt+del apparently were deactivated, but the programs were still on and i knew it because of the music), after that the network speed became quirky.

So, I would really like to scan my computer like in the post above and be given proper directions...

EDIT

Only now I've seen that i should only post here if i hadnt had help in 3 days, but as i said my network is quirky and i didnt look it up in the forums, just came here by the link of the post up here, so, if im all that wrong, please direct me to the proper section!

What happens when you boot into safe mode with networking? Do you see the desktop and usual icons? Can you

download, install and run MBAM while in safe mode with networking using the directions below? If so, please post the log of that scan.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here

Double-click mbam-setup-2.X.X.XXXX.exe to install the application (X's are the current version number).

  • Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  • Once MBAM opens, when it says Your databases are out of date, click the Fix Now button.
  • Click the Settings tab at the top, and then in the left column, select Detections and Protections, and if not already checked place a checkmark in the selection box for Scan for rootkits.
  • Click the Scan tab at the top of the program window, select Threat Scan and click the Scan Now button.
  • If you receive a message that updates are available, click the Update Now button (the update will be downloaded, installed, and the scan will start).
  • When MBAM is finished scanning it will display a screen that displays any malware that it has detected.
  • Click the Remove Selected button.
  • MBAM will now delete all of the files and registry keys and add them to the programs quarantine. When removing the files, MBAM may require a reboot in order to remove some of them. If it displays a message stating that it needs to reboot, please allow it to do so.
  • While still on the Scan tab, click the link for View detailed log, and in the window that opens click the Export button, select Text file (*.txt), and save the log to your Desktop.
  • The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can also be viewed by clicking the History tab and then selecting Application Logs.

POST THE LOG FOR  REVIEW.

If successful running MBAM, then attempt a scan using Eset while in Safe Mode with Networking.

  • Hold down Control and click on this link to open ESET OnlineScan in a new window.
  • Click the esetonlinebtn.png button.
  • For alternate browsers only: (Microsoft Internet Explorer users can skip these steps)
  • Click on esetsmartinstaller_enu.exe to download the ESET Smart Installer. Save it to your desktop.
  • Double click on the esetsmartinstaller_enu.png icon on your desktop.
  • Check "YES, I accept the Terms of Use."
  • Click the Start button.
  • Accept any security warnings from your browser.
  • Under scan settings, check "Scan Archives" and "Remove found threats"
  • ESET will then download updates for itself, install itself, and begin scanning your computer. Please be patient as this can take some time.
  • When the scan completes, click List Threats
  • Click Export, and save the file to your desktop using a unique name, such as ESETScan. Include the contents of this report in your next reply.
  • Click the Back button.
  • Click the Finish button.
  • NOTE:Sometimes if ESET finds no infections it will not create a log.

Well, i forgot to tell that once my computer went on black screen, only the mouse was on and stayed there for minutes, i had to force restart it.

Now everything went very well with WBAM, except that while scanning it blocked an unwanted link from uTorrent.

After that i went on to use ESET, but, when i entered in Safe Mode with Networking,

LYOhQne.png

it couldn't find the WiFi connection... I went to network configurations and the WiFi was on, but it just wasn't listing any Network.

Well, I restarted to normal boot so I could download the file and, when i did it, while itinializing it restarted because of the CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED (blue screen with a sad face on it).

After that i managed to take a picture of the "Watch Dog" i referred earlier:

kQJ2DAk.jpg

So now i'm in doubt... Should i install ESET in normal boot then run it in safe mode? Should i try again safe mode with networking or should i just run it in normal mode?

EDIT

And also, my MBAM log:

Forgot to mention that after the restart(s) my OneDrive account asked me to login, and since I set this PC up (April 2015), it did never happen...

Stop AVG from loading at startup/ shut down AVG and attempt to run a scan using Eset in regular mode.

You mentioned uTorrent...suggest you uninstall it now if you can.

See if you can run these programs in regular mode, too.

Use CCleaner to remove Temporary files, program caches, cookies, logs, etc. Use the Default settings. No need to use the

Registry Cleaning Tool...risky. Pay close attention while installing and UNcheck offers of toolbars....especially Google.

After install, open CCleaner and run by clicking on the Run Cleaner button in the bottom right corner.

CCleaner - PC Optimization and Cleaning - Free Download

Download AdwCleaner by Xplode onto your desktop.

  • Close all open programs and internet browsers.
  • Double click on adwcleaner.exe to run the tool.
  • Click on Scan button.
  • When the scan has finished click on Clean button.
  • Your computer will be rebooted automatically. A text file will open after the restart.
  • Please post the contents of that logfile with your next reply.
  • You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt as well.
  • download Junkware Removal Tool to your desktop.
  • Shut down your protection software now to avoid potential conflicts.
  • Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista, 7, or 8; instead of double-clicking, right-mouse click JRT.exe and select "Run as Administrator".
  • The tool will open and start scanning your system.
  • Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications.
  • On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved to your desktop and will automatically open.
  • Post the contents of JRT.txt into your next message

Your comment suggests things are much better. It is a good idea to post the three lists described below.

Post the three lists mentioned below using CCleaner.

Open CCleaner and click on Tools. Choose Startups. On that page you will see a list of Windows Startups and at the top tabs for each browser and Scheduled Tasks.

At the bottom right of that page you will see a button when clicked will allow you to Copy and Paste the list of Windows Startups and Scheduled Tasks into your next

post. Please do that.

Open CCleaner and click on Tools. Choose Uninstall. On that page you will see a list of programs installed on your computer and at the bottom right of that page you

will see a button when clicked will allow you to Copy and Paste that list in your next post. Please do that.
