On my Toshiba laptop, on start up, I get No Operating System Found when USB connected on right side of my laptop, but when not connected does not show that message. Anyone know how I can correct this? Thank you. Anna Ruth

Is the Operating System (OS) of your Laptop installed on the internal storage device of your Laptop?

Does your OS start succesfully when the USB is connected and does your OS start succesfully when the USB is not connected?

That is normal if you have no OS on the flash drive or it is not bootable. In UEFI/BIOS make sure your Hard drive is ahead of USB in the Boot Priority settings.

I suggest you to please contact the manufacturer for the activation. If you still face any issues you can contact the customer support team.

Anna Ruth, JohnC_21 is right.  You don't have to "contact the manufacturer for the activation".
