Two wireless connections with same name

First post!
Total novice to networking mechanics but know some language etc.

Have a pc with a usb net gear wireless adapter saying there are two connections with same ssid. It toggles and is annoying and confused how to troubleshoot or why it's there.

Any suggestions?
