Players must add their name to the Spam Count.

The Spam Count records the number of posts each player has made in the thread.

The Spam Count must be included in all posts.

The Spam Count must be in a spoiler.

The player with the most posts is the Spam King.
Spam Kings can make Rules that influence the game.
Rules forbidding new posts are forbidden.

The players who are not the Spam King may join an in game organization called the Spam Congress.

The Spam King may appoint players to the Spam Congress.

Players may apply to join the Spam Congress.

Applications are to be made to the Spam King.

The Spam Congress may propose rules to the Spam King.

The Spam Congress may only propose rules to the Spam King if the majority of the members of the Spam Congress agree to the proposal.

The Spam King may accept or reject these proposals.

If a rule is accepted, it is added to the rules.

If it is rejected then the Spam Congress may overrule the Spam King through a unanimous vote.

The Spam Congress is led by an elected official called The Speaker of Spam.

The Speaker of Spam may only propose rules to the Spam King with the support of the majority of the Spam Congress.

If a player or group of players has been judged by the majority of the players to be inactive then that player or group of players loses his place in the Spam Game unless that player is the Spam King.

The Spam King may only be replaced by a player making more posts to the thread than the original Spam King.

A player is inactive if that player has not posted in three days.

Once a player posts, that player is immediately active.

In case of emergencies, these rules may be amended by a majority vote of all active players.
