Could anyone tell me why this update installed on 2/1/2016 11 times and installed today 5 times so far.

Everytime I manually check for updates this one constantly installs,thank-you.

Hi Plumber :)

Microsoft is aware of the issue with this update. See the KB article below.

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3119142

Microsoft is aware that some Windows 10 customers are receiving multiple offers of KB3119142 through Microsoft Update even though the update is marked as successfully installed. Microsoft is working to address this issue. In the meantime, we recommend that customers who are receiving multiple offers of KB3119142 try the following methods to work around this issue.

They'll address it in the future, but for now they provide two workarounds that can be used if you wish.

Sorry to bother you but what do I do with the 16 updates that are installed?

The same update KB3119142 that installed 16 times, or 16 different Windows Updates?

There's nothing more you can do until Microsoft address that issue. You can uninstall it if you want, but it'll probably appear back in your Windows Update as an available update.
