Please help! system_thread_exception_not _handled (NETIO.SYS)

I have attached the data file collected via :http://www.sysnative.com/apps/SysnativeBSODCollectionApp.exe

 

But the other file will not run (as directed?)  when I do this :Windows 8.1 & 8 - Press WIN +X keys | select "Command Prompt (Admin)" I get this:

 

 

An error occured while attempting to generate the report.

· x86 (32-bit) or x64 ?  64
· What was original installed OS on system? YES
· Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)? CAME WITH LAPTOP
· Age of system (hardware) 6 MONTHS OLD

I see that on your system, AVG is installed along with Zone Alarm and MalwareBytes. I am pretty sure that all these 3 are conflicting with each other. Conflicts between different anti-malware software can occur when they simultaneously try to gain access to a particular file. 
 
Kindly uninstall Zone Alarm for the time being using this **TOOL** and see if the problem ceases to exist or not.
