Yes it works.  But, beware of taking the results too literally.

As I recall, Nir Sofer posted an explanation with it about issues involving memory assignments in W8 and later OS's

The point being that it may not be real accurate in some conditions (dunno if it's been fixed recently, as my conversation with him was several years ago).

If you're having BSOD's, why not run this report collecting tool so that we can provide a complete analysis:  http://omgdebugging.com/bsod-inspector/
When done a Notepad document will open with the name of the file and it's location. (By default it'll be a .zip file located on your Desktop)
Simply upload the .zip file with your next post and we'll move on from there.

That would be great but my laptop at home with the 10 on it is not connecting to the internet. haha. that is what the bsod is saying as well. it's a driver with the wireless card. i just need to find which one and whocrashed won't run on it either. Figured I would check here before I run it.

Thanks for the info!  you guys are great!

On another computer, go to the website of the manufacturer of the wifi device (or, if it came with your computer, to the computer manufacturer's support site)

Download the driver to a flash drive or a CD/DVD (or other removable media).

Then carry the flash drive/CD/DVD to your computer and install it that way.

In most cases it's better to first uninstall the current drivers through Control Panel...Programs and Features, then double check that it's been uninstalled in Device Manager (if not, then right click and select "Uninstall".  If offered, check the box to remove the drivers/software also)

Then reboot and install the freshly downloaded drivers.
