I got black screened and could only stop this fake virus scanner. I followed a YouTube tutorial and manage to get my desktop and co back. This didn't fix it thought I can't use programs such as malwarebytes and my dens is being messed up by what I assume is the virus. I can't troubleshoot either. Btw, my background is still black and when I restart my laptop sometimes it fails and tells me to try again

How are you recognizing this "fake virus scanner"?

Please do not use vague abbreviations, I have no idea what co and dens are suppose to mean.

When you get this black screen are you getting any error message, like No boot device found?

Is there a blinking cursor in the upper left section of the display?

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
