Keep disconnecting from games + Unrelated BSOD?

Hi,

 

I keep trying to play online games (mainly oldschool runescape) however I can't because I keep disconnecting.

 

I don't know why this is. At first I thought it was because my speeds were low but then I realised that I was able to watch Netflix etc on this computer.

 

I have tried literally everything but I can't find a solution to the problem. I've tried the following;

  • ipconfig /flushdns
  • ipconfig /release - then ipconfig /renew
  • netsh winsock reset catalog
  • netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log
  • netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log
As well as;
  • Calling my ISP
  • Doing a system restore to an earlier time
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling the client for the game
  • Running ccleaner to fix registry issues

 

Unfortunately all of my efforts have failed and the problem still persists. I have also been experiencing BSODs (however I think they are unrelated).

 

The BSOD gives me the "Bad_Pool_Header" error message.

 

Any help or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Please run this report collecting tool so that we can provide a complete analysis:  http://omgdebugging.com/bsod-inspector/
When done a Notepad document will open with the name of the file and it's location. (By default it'll be a .zip file located on your Desktop)
Simply upload the .zip file with your next post and we'll move on from there.

 


My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
