I have dell inspiron 3420 14 inch. When it hibernats it will never start unless i power it down the again, very boring.Kindly i have researched on this invain.any help?Some suggested BIOS and VIDEO driver update but seems invain

I would uninstall current video drivers, then reboot and allow them to reinstall.  Seems to me, hibernation problems are often related to damaged video drivers.  I'm not convinced that the Windows mechanism for "updating" drivers is the cure for damaged drivers, so I prefer to uninstall the driver, then reinstall.
