My year is almost up with Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security 2005 and was wondering if you guys had any better recommendations? I've heard good things about BitDefender and was wondering which might be best? I guess Trend Micro has worked pretty well but I have been fighting a few bugs/adaware/malware in the last week or so that have proven very difficult to remove. I was also wondering about Counterspy as well.

I know I can go out and read online reviews but you guys seem to be on top of things and have always been quick to help in the past. I value your opinion.

Thanks!

Its a matter of personal preference and whether you want to use a free or paid for anti-virus.

AVG and Avast are both free and very good programs used by many members here at BC. If you don't mind paying then BitDefender is a good choice as well as NOD32 Anti-Virus Personal and Kaspersky Anti-Virus Personal.
