Hi I have a Dell XPS 13 that won't update . First I ran TDSSkiller and Rougekiller that came up clean. Then I ran bootkit remover and it gave me an indication that the system was comprimised by a rootkit. Upon trying to run the fix feature built into bootkit cleaner, it gave me an error code that it couldnt open the physical disk. Its also doing this when i try to create a dump file. Any ideas? Thanks
