BSOD at nearly same time every day

Event viewer shows me that my PC crashes almost like clockwork once -- and only once -- every single day. The majority of the time the BSOD occurs between 11:09 and 11:25 am. 37 of the 50 crashes listed in event viewer occurred in this time window.

From December 14 through January 12, every crash was caused by "ntoskrnl.exe+142760." From January 13 through today it has been caused by "ntoskrnl.exe+142770."

It happens when the PC is actively being used and it happens when it's just sitting there with nobody using it and no open applications.

This is a Dell Inspiron One all-in-one desktop with touchscreen. (model 2205)

The only things physically connected to it are a Dell mouse & keyboard and a network cable.

Orignially had Win7 and upgraded to Win10 a few weeks ago. Crashing was happening even before the upgrade.

64-bit

AMD Athlon II X2 240e

4GB RAM

I've run the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool 3 times and all 3 reports were clean.

I've run scandisk, defrag, System File Checker, a hard drive diagnostic. All reported no problems.

I'm finally just at the point where I am at a total loss of where to go from here. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Your UEFI/BIOS (version A07) dates from 2011.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  If you are able to install the update through Windows (without booting from an external drive), then go ahead and update it.  WARNING - if the computer might shut down during this procedure, please don't do it, as this may physically damage the computer and prevent it from booting.

Only 9 Windows Update hotfixes installed.  Most build 10586 (TH2/1511) systems have more than this.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available Windows Updates.

The WER section of the MSINFO32 report shows a lot of errors with the CD-ROM and with regsvr32.exe

The CD-ROM error could be a problem with a disk in the drive, or it could be a problem with the drive itself.

Please be sure that you remove all media from the disk drives and test to see if the problem recurs.

As for the regsvr32.exe - what sort of operations are you performing with it?

FYI - all of the memory dumps blame cdrom.sys - so please ensure that there's nothing in the CD drive.

If the problem still occurs, please physically remove the CD drive from the system.

If unable to remove it, please be sure to disable it in the BIOS (as I recall, these systems aren't easy to take apart).
