Specs:

Windows 7 Ultimate(32 Bit)

AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3200+ 2.00 GHz

2.00 GB RAM

Today when I checked the device manager, in the other devices section there is an unknown device with no specific name and I'm sure its not for any of my hardware coz I haven't made any changes on my computer since some time... I tried to update it with driveridentifier but to no avail as it couldnt be recognised... Is it safe to uninstall this driver...
